If you have extended health benefits through your work, or through a family member’s employer, please check with the insurance company about the coverage. Registered Social Worker (RSW) is generally covered in a majority of insurance plans.
Sliding Scale
I believe counselling should be accessible to people from different financial circumstances. To support greater accessibility, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for people experiencing financial barriers. If the regular session fee is difficult to manage, please feel welcome to reach out and we can discuss whether a reduced fee may be available.⠀

Free Consultation
I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation where you can share a little about what you are going through and ask any questions you may have. This is a relaxed, no-pressure space to get a sense of how I work and to see whether you feel comfortable moving forward together.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
